About Me
I am a leading Business to Business marketing specialist working with companies to improve marketing impact. I have led major transformations of marketing functions over the last decade. This includes pivoting marketing from traditional channels to being digital first, turning marketing from a cost-based support function to a pipeline and revenue generating P&L owner, building teams and radically transforming marketing to be a driver of business growth and change. I have worked extensively around the world and know how to build efficient operating models to ensure teams thrive. In short, I help organisations better align their marketing programmes to be truly customer centric, drive their business strategy and accelerate the transformation required.
My Background
During my executive career I held executive global marketing roles across the technology sector. I was Global CMO for NTT Ltd, and Group CMO for Dimension Data, APAC & UK CMO for British Telecom and held various roles at Siebel Systems prior to their acquisition by Oracle. I can flex between conversations with a CEO to writing copy for social media and everything in between. I work well with ambiguity helping act as a fire-starter for new projects, can scale across complex, matrixed businesses and understand the challenges of mobilising internationally.

I have led businesses to achieve industry leadership positions with external analysts, my teams & I have won multiple awards and recognition for marketing excellence and my views are regularly featured in industry media and events. I am a regular business awards judge and proud to be a Fellow of The Marketing Society. In November 2021 I was named by the Financial Times & Said Business School as one of the UK's leading lights for Kind Leadership.
Passionate about the world
I am fortunate to have a degree from Oxford University and to have lived in the UK, Germany and Hong Kong. I am passionate about helping more people get access to the World's best resources, am a crazy dog lover and animal conservationist and invest time in coaching young people to achieve their goals. I'm an active mentor, fundraiser and volunteer in the community.
